Electronic student survey: survey that asks about student's previous summer experiences, for how long they attended a program and whether they enjoyed it, what activities the student would like to take part in this coming summer, as well as the impact of various barriers on their summer program participation. 

1-page paper parent survey and letter to parents: survey asks parents about their child's participation in summer programs, their satisfaction with their program, parent's interest in their child attending a program next year, and rating of different barriers that may make it difficult for a parent to enroll their child in a great summer program opportunity. The letter to parents is from a school explaining their collaboration with Give a Summer and how they will use this information.
